As your Esthetician, and The Spa Den  we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our Clients, staff and visitors. For this reason, anyone who is concerned about exposure to coronavirus or has flu-like symptoms should stay home and limit contact with others until any symptoms resolve.  If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please reschedule your appointment, after a release from Healthcare provider :

• Cough
• Shortness of breath
• Fever (greater than 100 degrees)
• Repeated shaking or chills
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Diarrhea
• Muscle pain
• Sore Throat
• Vomiting

• Have worked in any Facilities or come into contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid-19?

• Have you or been around anyone which has traveled in the last 14 days to any of these locations?
